Yulia Patselya

In 2002 she graduated from the Department of Economics and Management at Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography. During the period from 2001 to 2006, she worked in the Department of Land Resources Administration at the Russian Federal Agency for State Property Management (since 2004 she has worked at the Financial, Credit, Foreign Economic and Land Use Department of the Federal Agency for State Property Management). Since 2006 she has worked as the head of Property Relations Department FSUE "Rostehinventarizatsiya – Federal BTI". The field of Y. N. Patselya's professional activity includes issues of cadastre registration and registration of real estate rights, information technology development in the sector of corporate real estate, property tax reformation, the management of federal property and the establishment of inter-sectoral cooperation between Russian companies on issues of corporate property management.

Since 2011 she has been a member of the CCI RF Entrepreneurship Committee in the field of real estate economics.
