A.N. Raykov is a scientific and organizational leader of more than implemented 50 projects for: the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Education of Russia, Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, the Moscow government, the Khanty- Mansi and Nenets autonomous regions, the Republic of Kazakhstan, TNK -BP, electrohardware and bearing plants, etc.

Prior to 1991, developed the automated control system for the authorities. In 1992 - 1999 years- Head of the analytical and information department of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, the coordinator of the Situation Centre of the President of the Russian Federation.

Author of over 300 scientific papers, 6 monographs, 9 patents in the field of strategic management, information analysis technologies, situational centers, network expertise. A member of editorial boards of the journals “Presidentskiy kontrol”, “Informatsionnoe obshcestvo”, “Upravlenie megapolisom”, “Journal of Robotics and Mechatronics (Japan)”, “Journal of Mathematics and System Science (USA)”.
