Aleksandr Sharapov

In 1992 Aleksandr Sharapov graduated from the Baltic State Technical University «Voenmech». In 2004 he completed a course from the Institute of Real Estate Management of the United States with a degree in the specialty «Certified Property Manager».

In 2004-2005 Mr.Sharapov worked as deputy head of the Organizational Management Department of the territorial bodies of the Federal Property Management Agency. From 1992 to present - co-owner and the president of the SC «NAI Becar». Member of the Russian Guild of Realtors, member of the National Council. Co-founder and Vice President of NP «Guild of Managers and Developers». President of FIABCI Russia. In 2011 Aleksandr Sharapov was recognized as «The Person of the Year» at the CRE Awards awarding ceremony. In 2012 he was awarded the degree of FRICS (Fellow of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), one of the highest degrees of international qualifications in the field of real estate, which is assigned by RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), the oldest association of professionals in real estate, construction and land use.
