Assistant to Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Committee for property relations, fully engaged in work on draft laws on property rights and real estate management protection.

Engaged in research and teaching in the field of legal regulation of formation, circulation and property taxation. He teaches original (authorial) courses for masters and specialists of the National Research University - Higher School of Economics and of the Russian Law Academy of the Russian Federation Ministry of Justice in the disciplines: institutions of state regulation of land and property relations, the contractual structure of investments in real estate and legal regulation of immovable property turnover. Member of the State Commission for the Assessment of State Registrar of real estate titles of the Central District.

Advisor to the President of the Russian Federal Union of inventories; participated in the implementation of the International Russian- American project of the World Bank and the The Russain Managers Association on establishing of real estate information system in Vladimir and the Russian- German project on the legal regulation of property management.
