Andrey was the Managing Partner of Pepeliaev, Goltsblat and Partners before establishing Goltsblat BLP. His main responsibilities include M&A deals, corporate restructuring, incorporation and legal support of companies with foreign investments, commercial and industrial property and consulting for Russian and foreign companies on implementing investment projects, structuring and legal drawing up of deals in Russia and the CIS countries.
