Andrey Stepanenko

Has been working in real estate since 1994.

Mr. Stepanenko is the founder and permanent leader of the Auction House of the Russian Federation. In November 2012 he was elected as Managers and Developers Guild’s president.

Previously, for over 9 years, Mr. Stepanenko was the head of the Property Fund of St. Petersburg, Russia’s largest regional auction platform for the sale of public assets. He also was the chief of the Vyborg and Petrograd district’s City Property Management Committee of St. Petersburg, was the deputy chief of the division for preparation of investment projects of the Department of Economics of City Property Management Committee in St. Petersburg, and was engaged in professional realtor activity.

Candidate of Economic Sciences, in 2002 he defended his thesis on “Methodological basis of property management of a large city”.

Andrey Stepanenko was born in Leningrad and graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance.

He is the II rank State Advisor of St. Petersburg.

He was awarded the medal “Order of Merit for the Motherland”.
