Eduard Makhnonosov

Was born on December 2, 1970.
In 1995 he graduated from Moscow State Technical University named after N.E. Bauman, majoring in rocket science, and in 1998 - Law Institute of the Russian Interior Ministry with a degree in law.
From 1996 has been working at the Federal Notary Chamber of the Russian Federation. Currently he is an Advisor to the President of the Federal Chamber of Notaries on Legal Affairs.
Since 2010 Eduard Viktorovich Makhnonosov heads the Foundation “Center for Innovations and Information Technologies” and is one of the founders of the establishment of the legal framework in the field of information technology in the notarial activity, particularly in the introduction of a unified information system in the Russian notary. Actively cooperates with the federal executive bodies, in particular with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, the Federal Bailiff Service, the Internal Revenue Service in order to promote the development of a unified information system of notaries of Russia.
Makhnonosov Eduard Viktorovich is actively involved in legislative activities related to the development of Russian notary as public, human rights and the law enforcement institution.
