Igor Morus
Head of the Asset Management and Corporate Relations Department, JSC Gazprom
Was born on July 29, 1983 in Moscow.
Key areas of interest include: practices of professional property management, effective real estate investments, real estate revenues and IT- technologies in the field of real estate.
In 2005 he graduated with honors from State University of Management (SUM), management (majoring in “property management”).
In 2008 successfully defended his thesis on “Methodological basis for effective real estate management” and received a degree (Ph.D.) in economics.
Since 2010 has been studying law at the Moscow State Law University (MSLA), and since 2013 – in Russian State University of Oil and Gas, MBA Program.
Since 2004 has been working in real estate, worked in a construction firm, as well as in operating and managing companies, and provides consulting services on professional real estate management.
Currently works as Head of the Office of real estate and land use of the JSC “Gazprom” Asset Management and Corporate Relations Department in the following business lines: management of lease and contractual relations, development and implementation of management information systems at work in real estate.
