Konstantin Litvintsev
Deputy Director of the Federal Cadastral Chamber
Was born on January 3, 1966 in Usolie - Sibirskoe town of the Irkutsk region.
In 1987 he graduated from the Irkutsk State University, majoring in “geological survey, exploration activities of mineral deposits”, as “engineer geologist”.
In 1997 he graduated from Irkutsk State Academy of Economics, Jurisprudence, lawyer.
From August 1987 to October 1992 he held various research positions at the Institute of geochemistry named after A.G. Vinogradov of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
From October 1992 to January 1994 - Head of the Department on work with young people in the Kachug district administration of the Irkutsk region.
From January 1994 to June 1997 - worked in commercial structures.
From June 1997 to December 2001 the Deputy Director, and from December 2001 to January 2012 - Director of the FSI “Land Cadastral Chamber” in the Irkutsk region (from 07.2011 - FBI “Cadastral Chamber”in the Irkutsk region, from 01.2012 - branch of the FSBI “FCC of Rosreestr” in the Irkutsk region).
In January 2012 he was appointed as Deputy Director of the FSBI “FCC of Rosreestr”.
