In the period from 08.10.1998 through 18.07.2006 worked in the St. Petersburg Administration: Committee on Family, Childhood and Youth, Youth Policy Committee, Committee on Youth Policy and Cooperation with NGOs (positions: Chief Specialist Counsel, Deputy Chief management for organizational work, the Head of the General Department, Deputy Chairman of the Committee since 2000).
Granted a rank: 2nd class State Councilor of St. Petersburg.
In the period from 19.07.2006 through 31.07.2008 - the first Deputy Head of the department of property management of «Russian Railways» from 01.08.2008 till present works as Deputy Chief of management of railway stations of JSC «Russian Railways».
