Vyacheslav graduated with honors from Moscow State University of Railway Engineering (MIIT), “Computer Software and ACS" 

To date Vyacheslav Kholopov’s experience in the market of industrial and warehouse real estate is more than 8 years.

Prior to joining Knight Frank, Vyacheslav headed the Real Estate Department of the investment and construction company “New Square”. For the time of his work, Vacheslav launched the company’s sales department and headed the department of commercial and residential real estate; he also established the administrative process and the cooperation scheme of work with brokers - real estate agencies.

From July 1, 2008 Vyacheslav directed the Knight Frank Department of Industrial, Warehouse real estate, and land.

Under Vyacheslav’s guidance the Department remained the undisputed leader in terms of transactions among consulting companies working in the warehouse market in Russia. According to the results of the 2012 the company helped to rent and to sell more than 420,000 sq.m. of modern warehouse spaces – it’s a new record for consulting firms established in the market by the Knight Frank employees.

Since September 2013, Vyacheslav Holopov has been appointed as the Knight Frank Partner. In this new position Vyacheslav is responsible for the strategic development of the two entrusted business lines of the company in Russia and in the CIS - warehouses and office departments.

Vyacheslav is also the Chairman of the Association of Russian industrial parks (AIPR)
