Alexander Sharapov

President of GK NAI Becar, Vice-President of the Guild of Property Managers and Developers, Vice-President of the World Council of Developers and Investors of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI)

Born on January 29, 1970 in Leningrad.

In 1992 Alexander Sharapov graduated from Voenmech Baltic State Technical University. In 2004 he completed a course at the Institute of Real Estate Management (USA) and received a Certified Property Manager Degree.

1992 — present — co-owner and President of GK NAI Becar.

In 2004-2005 — Deputy Head of Territorial Office Network Administration Department of the Ministry of Property of Russia.

In 2011 Alexander Sharapov was chosen The Person of the Year under Commercial Real Estate Federal and Saint-Petersburg Awards 2011 program, a major international event.

Alexander Sharapov is a member of the Russian Realtor Guild, he is a member its National Council, a member of the Operational Management and Planning Council, the head of Commercial Real Estate Committee. A founder and Vice-President of the Guild of Property Managers and Developers.
