Elena Chuguevskaya

Born on 25.08.1962 in Perm.

1985 – graduated from Sverdlovsk Architecture Institute, 2001 - graduated from Urals Academy of Public Administration.

Professional Experience

1985 – architect at Sverdlovsk team of “Soyuzkurortproyekt” institute.

Since 1988 — architect, head of architecture and design department of EMO “Polygon” of “Izmash” enterprise at Izhevsk.

1989 - 2006 – deputy head of Izhevsk Architecture and Urban Planning Department — deputy chief municipal architect.

2006 – 2009 - head of Architecture and Urban Planning Department of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing Policy, Chief Architect of the Republic of Udmurtia.

October 2009 – January 23, 2011 – deputy Minister of Urban Planning and Infrastructure Development of Perm Region, head of Territorial Planning and Construction Department— Chief Architect of Perm Region.

2011-2012 - Director of the Strategic Planning Department of the Ministry for Regional Development of the Russian Federation.

2013 - appointed Director of the Strategic Development and Government Territory Planning Policy Department.

Elena Chuguyevskaya is actively engaged in public, educational and teaching activities.
