Galina Gorina

In 1985 Galina Gorina graduated from the South Russian State Polytechnic University, the department of manufacturing and installation of nuclear power plant equipment, with a diploma of mechanical engineer; in 2004 she graduated from the Institute of Business Administration of the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation, with a diploma of Economics and Finance Director; in 2007 she graduated from Moscow State Law University, majoring in Law, Legislation and Economics.

Galina Gorina has over 29 years of experience in Russian power industry: over 1985-2000 she took an active part in construction and maintenance of Russian power facilities; in 2000 — 2003 Galina Gorina worked as head of the restructuring support department of JSC RAO UES of Russia for the Central Region of the RF, facilitating power industry reform processes in 27 power systems of the Central Federal District of the RF; since 2003 till present she has been in charge of improving the system for management of JSC Rushydro’s property, land and water assets.
