Konstantin Litvintsev

Konstantin Alexandrovich Litvintsev was born on January 3, 1966 in Usolye-Sibirskoye of Irkutsk region.
In 1987 he graduated from Irkutsk State University with a diploma of geologist engineer, in 1997 he graduated from Irkutsk State Economics Academy with lawyer’s diploma.
1987-1992 — work at A.P. Vinogradov Institute of Geochemistry SB RAS.
1990-1993 — Deputy of Sverdlovsk District Council of People’s Deputies, Irkutsk.
1992-1994 — Head of Youth Activities Department, administration of Kachugsky district of Irkutsk Region.
1994-1997 — Various corporate positions.
1997-2001 — Deputy Director, “State Land Cadaster Directorate for Irkutsk Region”.
2001-2012 — Director, FSE “Land Cadaster Chamber” for Irkutsk Region.
January 2012 — appointed Deputy Director, FSBI “Federal Cadaster Chamber of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastral Records and Cartography”.
