Maria Kotova

Maria has worked in the real estate business since 2000.

Her career with Knight Frank started in the position of Research Department head in 2005. In a year she was appointed head of Professional Services Department, consisting of Research and Strategic Consulting divisions. Maria developed one of the most professional research divisions at the real estate market from scratch. In February 2008 she headed the business development department, which consolidated Research, Telemarketing, Marketing&PR. In the end of 2008 Maria was appointed Executive Director of Knight Frank and joined the Board of Directors. At present Maria Kotova manages business development units of Knight Frank in Russia and CIS, coordinates corporate marketing and PR and is in charge of improving service levels, implementation of new innovative customer service technologies.

Maria Kotova graduated from the State Pedagogical University, majoring in IT and English language, then went on to study marketing with Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and achieved CCIM certification. Maria is an RICS Management member. In 2014 Maria received a “Businesswomen” award in “Services” category from EY.
