Ombudsman for issues related to countering violations of entrepreneur rights in the areas of cadasters, land relations and property rights
Born on July 15, 1963 in Monchegorsk of Murmansk region.
First higher education - philologist, translator, French language teacher, second higher education - lawyer. Continuing professional education in management, assessment and forensic expertise.
14 years in municipal service, awarded with Murmansk Region Governor’s Certificate of Acknowledgement for outstanding personal contribution. Marina has extensive experience in legal, investment and assessment consulting in the field of land and property relations.
She is actively involved in public activities as the Chairman of the Subcommittee for anticorruption expertise and assessment of regulatory impact of the Committee for entrepreneurship in real estate economics of the Chamber of Commerce and Trade of the RF, as an independent expert, authorized to conduct corruptogenicity expertise (License of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation № 898 of 18.08.2010, valid till 18.08.2015г), a member of the Committee for cadaster and real estate taxation of LLC “Delovaya Rossiya”, a member of “Real Estate Valuation” section at the Research and Advisory Council of Rosreestr, a member of a working group of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives for assessment improvement.
Marina Karpova has a professional public award “For achievements in development of the assessment industry in Russia”.
At present Marina Karpova is a public ombudsman, she delivers lectures and workshops across Russian regions.
