Case study: Setup and development of an industrial park as illustrated by the story of Kama Industrial Park “Master” (JSC “KAMAZ”)

Most enterprises, designed and built in the USSR, according to modern views, feature excessive manufacturing and warehousing space. JSC “KAMAZ” is no exclusion, but the company is implementing a proactive investment program to deploy new technologies and engaging third party contractors to vacate some of its production facilities. The company resolved the issue of utilizing vacated corporate assets by creating an industrial park both for corporate suppliers and third parties.
