• 1998-2002 — Deputy Department Head at the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Land Policy, Construction and Housing and Utilities, Russian State Committee for Land Resources, the Federal Land Inventory Service of Russia;
• 2002-2012 — various corporate management positions related to territorial planning, land and property asset management, IT development, real estate taxation;
• February 2012-September 2013 — head of Expert Analysis Center for Real Estate Economics of the Higher School of Economics.
