Olga Dergunova
Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation — Head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management
Born on May 15, 1965 in Moscow.
In 1987 graduated with honors from the Faculty of cybernetics of Plekhanov Russian
Academy of Economics; in1991 — undertook a postgraduate course at the G. V. Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics with a specialization in Computer Science and Programming.
For 20 years took part in the establishment and development of IT technologies in the Russian Federation: in 1994–2007 — Head of Representative Office, Director General, President of Microsoft Company in the Russian Federation and CIS.
In 2007 she became a Member of the Board of VTB Bank OJSC, for three years worked with large corporate clients. During the time she was in charge of multiple sectors of the Russian economy (oil producing and coal industries, nonferrous and ferrous metallurgy, construction and industrial complex, timber and food industry, information technologies and communications).
Since 2010 Olga Dergunova was in charge of operations with affiliate banks of VTB Bank OJSC and was responsible for promoting VTB Group at all markets of presence as a global player of the international financial market, improvement of the Group’s management system and construction of cost-effective and efficient business in affiliate banks in accordance with the new strategy of VTB Group.
Since 2004 Olga Dergunova is a participant of the Forum of Young Global Leaders of the World Economic Forum (YGL WEF).
In accordance with the instruction of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation dated June 29, 2012 # 1127-r and the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation dated June 29, 2012 # 1607-l Olga Konstantinovna Dergunova was appointed Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation — head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management.
