Born on April 6, 1979.
Graduated from D. Mendeleyev University of Chemical Technology of Russia.
He started his career in real estate in 2001, following five years of experience in FMCG (PepsiCo, Burda Media). For several years Pavel worked at Penny Lane Realty and Swiss Realty Group, specializing in office real estate. He has been with S. A. Ricci since March 2006 and is one of the founders of the company. Currently Pavel is studying under EMBA program at Moscow School of Management “Skolkovo”. He has unique experience in implementing multiple major projects for redevelopment of industrial areas into office estate and MFCs, including BC Red Rose (best class B 2004, 180 thou.m2), BC Diapazon (65 thou.m2), Avion (best class B 2005, 21300 m2), Danilovskaya Manufactura (best class B 2009 - 2010, winner of International “Prix d’Exellence” FIABCI, 100 thou.m2). Pavel also has extensive experience in A class office projects: BC Nordstar Tower by Don-Stroy (147000 m2), BC Marr Plaza at Sergeya Makeyeva Street (35 thou.m2), BC Linkor at Khodynskoye Pole (60 thou.m2). He successfully implemented office projects for Hachette Filipacchi Media, TNK-BP, Lafarge, Luxoft, RAO UES, Mars, Grey Global and many others.
