Chairman of the arbitration tribunal responsible for the resolution of economic disputes at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, deputy chairman of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
Reads a course of lectures on civil law at the Legal Department, a special course “Property Law” and other lectures. He has published over 350 papers on civil law issues, including comments to the Civil Code of the RF and other laws, textbooks, monographs and articles.
