In 2001, graduated from the Urals Academy of Public Service. 

1985 – 1988 – Architect, Sverdlovsk Group at the Soyuzkurortproekt Institute.

1988 – 1989 – Architect, Head of the Architectural Engineering Department at EMO Polygon, Izhmash, Izhevsk.

1989 – 2006 – Deputy Head, Architecture and Urban-Planning Administration – Deputy Chief Architect, City of Izhevsk.

2006 – 2009 – Head, Architecture and Urban-Planning Administration at the Ministry for Construction, Architecture and Housing Policy, Chief Architect, Udmurt Republic.

2009 – 2011 – Deputy Minister for Urban Planning and Infrastructure Development – Perm Region, Head of the Territorial Planning and Construction Administration, Chief Architect – Perm Region.

2011 – 2012 – Director, Department for Strategic Planning at the RF Ministry of Regional Development.

2013 – 2014 – Director, Department for Strategic Development and State Policy in the Sphere of Territorial Planning.

Since 15 January 2015 – Director, Department for Strategic and Territorial Planning at the RF Ministry of Economic Development.
