Julia Vrublevskaya

Education: Lomonosov Moscow State University: Lawyer, Diploma cum laude

Julia Vrublevskaya is one of the company’s founders; she has been heading the company since 2003. She is responsible for managing the company and working with key accounts; she coordinates the most difficult projects, e.g. advises major Russian companies on investment projects. The main fields of Julia’s practice are: providing consultancy on land law, city-planning law, environment law and administrative law; supporting investment agreements, general contractor agreements; performing legal due diligence of real estate. Julia represents customers in the Moscow and regional courts of arbitration, including the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, on issues related to declaration of titles to real estate, disputing of real-estate transactions, reclamation of real estate from a third party’s adverse possession, collection of debt under contractor agreements etc. She participated in construction investment projects (rebuilding, refurbishment, overhaul, adaptation) of apartment buildings, shopping and leisure centres, administrative buildings, restaurants, coal-dust and steam power supply units, a helium refinery, a sports and recreation centre, gas pipelines, cultural heritage facilities, non-residential premises. She has published a lot of articles on land law, city-planning law and civil law in famous mass media such as Commercial Real Estate, RBC and Vedomosti.

In 2004, she was assigned an honorary office by Professional Women’s Advisory Board of the American Biographical Institute (USA).

She is a permanent speaker at the annual conference “Real Estate Management in Corporations” (REMIC) organized by PJSC «Gazprom». She also received an acknowledgment from PJSC «Gazprom» for active participation in the conference.

She is part of the Board of Trustees of Non-commercial Organization Our Sunny World (a rehab centre for people disabled since childhood).
