1996-1997 – Advisor to the Chairman of the State Property-Management Committee of Bryansk Region;

1997-2000 – Lead Specialist, Chief Specialist, Consultant – RF Ministry for State Property;

2000-2002 – Head, Office for Corporate Relations and State-Run Organisations, Department for Standardised Methodological Support – RF Ministry for State Property;

2002-2003 – Deputy Head – Department for Standardised Methodological Support, Deputy Head – Department for Economics and Appraisal Regulation, RF Ministry for State Property;
