Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management

Born on September 11, 1975.

1997 — graduated from Ordzhonikidze State Academy of Management (international relations, economist with knowledge of foreign language).

Yelena Myakotnikova started her career as an economist with Salvis international company in 1992, in 6 years climbed to the position of a group head with Arthur Andersen, worked as an internal auditor and then a financial director for Moscow “MegaFon” (CJSC “Sonic Duo ”), vice-president for finance, investments and economics, Board member of JSC “Rosgosstrakh”, executive vice-president for finance and investments of SISTEMA JSFC, head of finance and economics for hi-tech companies of SISTEMA JSFC (JSC “RTI”).

Authored multiple finance and economics studies and articles in Russian and international publications.

Appointed Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management by Order of the Ministry for Economic Development of the Russian Federation № 904-l of 15.05.2013.
