Kirill Andreyev gives legal advice to Russia’s major companies on the aspects of transactions affecting land, including privatization, lease and withdrawal of land as well as offers consultations on corporate restructuring and corporate governance in order to reduce risks. Kirill has over 10 years of experience in representing his clients’ interests in commercial and civil courts.

Before Kirill joined law firm Intersessia LTD  in 2012, he had been successfully perusing his professional activities in the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region, in the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography for the Moscow Region as well as in Russia’s leading consulting company and in a group of administration companies.
