Paul Mcvay

His background is based upon the international trading of commodities mainly Grains and Oilseeds and products derived from these basic foodstuffs, such as flour for milling, malt for brewing, meal for animal feed. 

Since starting work in this business in the late 1970’s he has had a long association with Russia, first visiting in the 1980’s with a major international commodity trading company. In the early 90’s he acted as an exporter of Russian products mainly cereals and oilseeds.

Recognising the opportunities in agriculture he brought to Russia substantial investment in terms of technology and machinery in the Black Soil region.

Today his business, Modus Markets Europe Ltd, a UK based company, along with his Russian partners is specifically engaged in developing Anglo Russian relationships in business.

Modus has worked for a considerable time in developing new technologies in the geological drilling sector, oil, gas and construction industries, also in the very specific ecological area of waste management and disposal.
