Biography:
Mr. Kharlamov was born on November 14, 1974 in Elektrostal, Moscow region.
Since 2000, Mr. Kharlamov has been working in PJSC Gazprom.
In 2001, Mr. Kharlamov graduated from the Moscow State Law Academy.
In 2006, Mr. Kharlamov finished the postgraduate course at the State University of Management.
In 2010 Mr. Kharlamov finished MBA-Gazprom course at the International Management Institute of St. Petersburg.
