Member of the Science Advisory Council at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, member of the Advisory Board under the Federation Council’s Committee for Agrarian and Food Policy and Environmental Management, member of the Committee for Entrepreneurship in Real Estate Economics of the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1989. Since 1990, employed at the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Regularly participates in legislative activities as a member of working groups on draft federal laws developed by federal bodies with the rights of the legislative initiative.
