He graduated with honors from Saint-Petersburg State University, major in Law. He has got MBA Degree, IESE University of Navarra.

1998-2006 he held various positions in the Committee for City Property Management of St. Petersburg;

2006 Partner in the "Egorov, Puginsky, Afanasiev & Partners"  law firm;

2006-2016 Head of Division, First Deputy Head, First Deputy Head of the Property Management Department, JSC “Russian Railways”;

Since 2016 to the Present, Director of Moscow branch LLC "Transoil";
